This free appointment is available to clients who were pierced less than 4 weeks ago and are experiencing one of the following problems: • Extreme swelling, to the point where the bar is too short to accommodate the swelling. • An infection, with symptoms such as discharge, persistent pain, and inflammation. • The jewellery has fallen out, you still have it, and it needs to be reinserted. In these cases, you will not be charged for any tools required to resolve the situation. If the jewellery that has fallen out is lost, was purchased from our studio, and has an internally threaded mechanism, you will receive a free replacement.
